Build creatures. Watch them survive (or die). Start simple. Add predators later.
Mobile tip: portrait is great for building and steering. Landscape is calmer when you mostly want to watch the tank.
Good first move: spawn a few flower types, let the world stabilize, then add hunters.
Builder: click segment chips or endpoints in the preview, change type, angle, and length, then spawn.
Inspector: click any biot in the world to inspect it and save survivors back into the builder.
Legend: green/photo feeds on light, red/predator bites, blue/propulsion moves, gold/reproduction lays eggs, gray/structure supports, silver/armor hardens.
Build ideas: structure + photo makes dependable flowers; perception + brain + propulsion makes rovers; launcher/lightning/flame/frost shine once food is stable.
Hidden-feeling tricks: glow boosts light harvesting in dim spots but also increases visibility; camo does the reverse. Advanced segments wake up when a biot reaches maturity.
